We ship to the destinations available at checkout, subject to product and carrier coverage.

Shipping charges

Economy: USD $6.90
Standard: USD $7.90
Express shipping: USD $9.90

Choose from the services available for your address at checkout. These replace the previous International shipping rate. Charges and applicable taxes are displayed before payment. WELCOME10 gives 10% off merchandise once per customer; it does not discount shipping and cannot be combined with other discount codes.

Production and delivery

Merchandise is made to order. Production time is separate from shipping transit time. Timing varies by product, destination and carrier. Shipping method names do not guarantee a delivery date. Customs clearance and local disruptions may delay delivery.

Address and tracking

Please check your shipping address before paying. Contact scrantonsupply@gmail.com promptly about corrections, missing parcels, damaged items or an incorrect delivery. Tracking information is provided when an order ships. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will contact you and arrange a refund. Your mandatory consumer rights are unaffected.

Free Economy shipping

Economy shipping is free on merchandise totals above USD $100 after discounts and before tax. Standard and Express remain optional paid upgrades.
