Return & Refund Policy
Requesting a return
Contact support within 30 days of delivery with your order number and reason. Obtain return instructions before sending anything back. Items should be unused with their original packaging, except when reporting defects.
Damaged or incorrect items
Contact us with photographs of the item and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund. Statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
Cancellations and refunds
Request cancellation before shipment. Approved refunds return to the original payment method; bank processing times vary. Return postage and any deductions will be explained before you agree to a return.
